The advertiser has seven days to review completed orders for reviews. If there is a problem, a support ticket must be entered within that timeframe. BuyReview.info will review the complaint and work with the blogger to make any necessary adjustments. If a resolution cannot be reached between the advertiser and the blogger, and if we find in favor of the advertiser, we will issue a refund to advertisers account within seven business days. Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
Please note that we only guarantee reviews to remain on bloggers sites for 60 days. The exception would be if the blogger’s entire site is down. In that case we offer no guarantee.
